Responsibilities
Support DIS leadership on internal transformation initiatives including org design and team structure; Develop executive materials like frameworks, options analyses, and decision memos; Track and synthesize internal initiatives and external engagements for leadership; Manage capacity and staffing needs by understanding upcoming work and resource gaps; Own delivery coordination for complex cross-functional initiatives including platform integration and strategic product buildouts; Translate strategic intent into structured delivery plans with clear owners and milestones; Act as connective tissue between engineering, product, distribution, and external stakeholders; Build and maintain high-quality client-facing materials for institutional engagements; Proactively identify blockers, scope drift, and resource conflicts; Contribute to the evolution of DIS's operating model and delivery cadences.
