Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement mid-term planning and detailed budgeting for the upcoming year; Produce monthly reports to stakeholders with variance analysis and commentary; Analyze corporate and sales performance using KPIs and develop reports; Conduct monthly forecasting processes; Support organization of quarterly Executive Finance Committees; Participate in rolling mid-term capital and liquidity planning; Create report sections/presentations for monthly shareholder meetings and board sessions; Analyze performance and budgets of subsidiaries and branches; Continuously develop controlling models and systems; Contribute to the creation of the management report as part of the business report
