Responsibilities
Lead daily support of products and tools in manufacturing; Support NPI launch and govern sustaining products; Support product transfers between manufacturing sites; Analyze data and programs for quality & process control; Drive process optimization, yield improvements, and process consistency; Provide technical support for systemic defects, line stops, and quality issues; Own factory site technical quality metrics and drive structural test improvements; Govern ECO and deviation implementation during BOM changes or fab respins; Review and validate SOP documents and SPC specifications; Conduct audits of factory processes; Provide oversight during critical production stages
