Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of the bank's Digital Assets and Tokenization Platform; Design and build secure, scalable, highly available cloud-native microservices; Drive technical strategy, solution architecture, and engineering best practices across multiple Agile teams; Develop and enhance digital asset transaction processing, payment orchestration, settlement workflows, and blockchain connectivity services; Integrate enterprise applications with blockchain networks, digital asset custody providers, wallet platforms, payment rails, and core banking systems; Architect and implement real-time transaction monitoring, ledger synchronization, reconciliation, exception management, and settlement processing solutions; Establish and champion engineering standards including domain-driven design, API-first development, secure coding practices, CI/CD automation, observability, and operational excellence; Partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, Compliance, Risk, Security, and Business stakeholders to deliver compliant, secure, and innovative digital asset capabilities; Mentor and develop engineers through technical leadership, design reviews, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and hands-on coaching
