Partner with ASIC Design and OSAT teams to transition CFT programs to full-scale production; Serve as primary point of contact for production issues and lead resolution of test challenges; Align OSAT roadmaps and capacity ramp plans with product delivery schedules; Manage and maintain production test hardware; Evaluate test OSAT and oversee qualification activities; Perform statistical yield and correlation analysis on large datasets to drive improvements
