Required skills
Bachelors + 5 years of related experience, or Masters + 3 years of related experience, or PhD with a focus on building and maintaining content management systems, portals, or similar platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar, and experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience deploying and managing applications for scale in a cloud environment. Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional global teams.
Preferred skills
Hands-on experience prototyping and building toolsets with LLMs, integrating agentic workflows, and scaling automations to support content deliverables. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and understanding of best practices in content architecture, workflow configuration, and integrations with web applications. Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs, MCP, or similar to connect content systems with other applications.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web-based framework applications and internal tools using JavaScript (React/Node.js), PHP, and/or Python to enhance content workflows and operational efficiency. Critically evaluate and integrate AI methodologies into work processes to improve problem solving and decision making. Build tools and workflows that can operate at scale within a global team. Collaborate with stakeholders to support and evolve content authoring and publishing ecosystems. Support the creation of user-friendly and highly functional content websites and content systems that assist internal teams and external users. Collaborate and work closely with technical writers, UX designers, and product teams to deliver solutions that improve content delivery and user experience.
