Support Procurement Specialist in sourcing and engaging subcontractors/suppliers, Research potential subcontractors/suppliers and assist with prequalification, Issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) through the tender platform, Follow up with subcontractors/suppliers to ensure quotations are received on time, Manage and track clarifications, RFIs, and supporting tender documentation, Coordinate with technical, construction, and commercial teams during tendering and evaluation stages, Organize clarification meetings with subcontractors/suppliers and internal stakeholders, Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial comparison sheets, Support negotiations and recommendation for award processes, Assist in the preparation of subcontract documentation, Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, Participate in kick-off meetings with project teams and awarded subcontractors/suppliers, Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
