Responsibilities
Manage program lifecycle for Mixed-Signal IP and Silicon Photonics engines from concept to tape-out. Orchestrate development of optical engine modules and co-packaged optics solutions. Partner with foundries and vendors to co-develop proprietary hardware solutions. Define requirements for advanced electrical and optical test structures. Act as central hub connecting IC Design, Photonics Design, Packaging, and Legal teams. Lead and synchronize global engineering efforts across international time zones.
