Product Lifecycle Program Manager- Semiconductor Manufacturing (Hybrid)

## Responsibilities - Document, analyze, and optimize product operations processes. - Identify system gaps, pain points, and automation opportunities. - Develop and maintain process maps, operating procedures, and training documentation for Oracle. - Partner with IT to manage configuration changes, testing and validation of system changes. - Support data audits, compliance checks and reporting requirements for internal and external partners. - Partner with product operations and engineering to support product releases, change orders and lifecycle status updates. ## Requirements - 3+ years of experience in a process improvement or business analyst role, ideally in a semiconductor environment. - Familiarity with fabless semiconductor operations including foundry interfaces, OSAT management, and engineering changes processes. - Familiarity with setting up bills of material and New Product Introduction process. - Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Familiarity with MS Office Products, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Experience with Oracle Fusion Product Management modules. ## Nice to Have - Knowledge of data governance, compliance and audit practices. - Strong organizational and project management skills. ## Benefits - Hybrid role with two days per week at Cisco's office. - Starting salary range for U.S. and/or Canada locations is $114,400.00 to $149,000.00. - Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan with matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. - Paid time away includes 10 paid holidays, 16 days of paid vacation, 80 hours of sick time, and optional volunteer days. - Annual bonuses for non-sales roles. - Performance-based incentive pay for sales roles.
