Support commissioning, start-up, and transition to steady-state operations including UAT and defect identification; Hold full accountability for site performance across safety, service, throughput, uptime, cost, and financial outcomes; Own end-to-end flow across inbound, storage, shuffling, and outbound operations; Build capability and accountability across a small 24×7 operations team; Maintain on-floor presence to identify exceptions, congestion, and bottlenecks; Act as primary interface with OEMs, automation vendors, WMS/WCS teams, and maintenance partners; Drive continuous improvement through system optimization and reduction of exceptions
