Own end-to-end daily Order Management and Billing performance for assigned portfolio; Implement and improve cloud marketplace operating model and controls; Lead operational readiness and UAT for new marketplace capabilities; Serve as Finance DRI for portfolio, resolving billing discrepancies and escalations; Execute reconciliation and exception management processes; Govern BPO execution via SOPs and quality controls; Identify and implement automation improvements; Partner with Revenue Systems, Product, Engineering, and Legal; Own month-end close execution; Monitor and report portfolio performance metrics; Maintain durable operating documentation
