Responsibilities
Support young people to improve job readiness and employability; Build positive relationships and engage young people through regular appointments; Provide practical assistance with resumes, job applications, and obtaining a driver's licence; Connect young people with training, education, and employment opportunities; Identify individual barriers and develop strategies to maximise employment outcomes; Maintain an organised caseload and ensure accurate records; Build relationships with local businesses and employers; Collaborate with colleagues and community organisations; Travel to Mount Gambier and the Riverland regions monthly.
