Shape and evolve the Group TM framework including policies, procedures, and rule design methodology; Review and challenge scenario engineering outputs and back-testing results; Own the quality bar for QA and Governance outputs; Drive TM minimum standards across entities; Hold formal delegated authority to approve withdrawal holds, account restrictions, and alert escalations; Support the Head of TM in managing regulator relationships and responding to supervisory queries; Provide day-to-day leadership and line management of TM specialist teams; Uphold governance boundaries between TM compliance decisions and commercial interests
