Responsibilities
Lead delivery of complex technology projects taking accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality; Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships at senior stakeholder level; Work within small, expert multidisciplinary teams embedded with clients to navigate challenging delivery environments; Take responsibility for project financials, forecasting, and reporting; Support onboarding of consultants and work with line managers to assess project fit; Undertake line management of assigned consultants including performance feedback and development; Contribute to the delivery community by sharing lessons learned and developing toolkits
