Responsibilities
Provide project financial reporting support and consultation to Project Managers and Business Unit Accountants; Coordinate project setup activities by reviewing contract requirements and establishing projects within the ERP system; Maintain understanding of client-specific standards to support accurate invoicing; Monitor and analyze project schedules and budgets; Monitor supplier invoices and assist with PO management; Process and submit client invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance; Process payment vouchers, employee expense reports, and project assignment requests; Support financial reporting activities by preparing and distributing reports; Assist with the development of cost estimates for client proposals.
