Responsibilities
Own the Nordics integration delivery framework, setting standards, priorities, controls, reporting, and assurance routines; Provide functional leadership, coaching, and process consistency to site ITIMs across the portfolio; Partner with construction, design, commissioning, operations, security, network, procurement, suppliers, and General Contractors to align integration with project commitments; Maintain a consolidated view of integration health, milestones, risks, and resourcing, and lead escalation of cross-project issues; Assure integration requirements are embedded at design stage and escalate dependencies threatening committed milestones; Oversee construction-stage integration delivery and challenge plans, procurement, sequencing, quality, and evidence against committed milestones; Drive consistent handover readiness, project closeout, and lessons learned into improved portfolio predictability
