Responsibilities
Lead AI-driven customer transformations and land solutions across M365 Copilot, Teams extensibility, Graph API, semantic search, and enterprise AI workloads. Shape and deploy Agentic AI scenarios, including orchestration flows, connectors, grounding strategies, and retrieval patterns. Deliver design-thinking workshops, demos, conceptual architecture, and deployment guidance to accelerate AI and cloud adoption. Build scalable architectures, security models, integration patterns, and data flow designs tailored to customer environments. Guide customers through the VBD journey across Discovery → Plan & Design → Implement → Optimize phases. Lead Secure AI Assessments to evaluate governance, data security, risk posture, and Responsible AI maturity. Architect and guide secure, scalable LCNC solutions using Power Platform to complement Copilot and AI scenarios. Build and share reusable IP, architecture patterns, and internal best practices. Support field skilling and technical enablement aligned with global CSA frameworks.
