## About the role - Establish working relationships with all construction stakeholders - Attend all Metro new build, expansion and retrofit project related design, construction, and commissioning meetings - Serve as the liaison between Construction and Operations and escalate any issues that could cause impact - Participate in all Construction/Operations walk-throughs, as well as routine construction inspections during the builds - Coordinate and execute turnover operations, ensure turnover checklist is completed and validated, and all turnover artifacts are delivered on time - Document and report lessons learned from each project - Monitor services and KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, and OLAs and reports trends and service anomalies - Lead key processes, such as team and triage meetings, prioritize work across the team, and rebalance priorities to respond to changes - Standardize infrastructure equipment, processes, and workflows through design, construction, and turnover of these world-class facilities - Assist with new facility design & commissioning, coordinating installation of core network infrastructure - Promote a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of datacenter activities - Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success ## Requirements - High School Qualification or equivalent AND 6+ years experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments OR equivalent experience - These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: - Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field AND 12+ years experience in critical environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU), or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling) - OR High School Qualification or equivalent AND 14+ years experience in critical environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU), or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling) - OR equivalent experience
