## About the role - Establish good working relationships with all the Construction stakeholders - Attend all Metro new build, expansion and retrofit project related design, construction, and commissioning meetings - Be the liaison between Construction and Operations (be the voice for Operations) and escalate any issues that could cause impact - Participate in all Construction/Operations walk throughs, as well as routine construction inspections during the builds - Coordinate and execute turnover operations, ensure turnover checklist is completed and validated, and all turnover artifacts are delivered on time - Document and report lessons learned from each project - Assisting with new facility design & commissioning, coordinating to installation of core network infrastructures - Supports escalation of issues to appropriate owner ## Requirements - High School Qualification or equivalent AND 6+ years experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments OR equivalent experience - 3+ years' experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU) or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling) - Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field - These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
