## About the role This role will be dedicated and focused specifically on the electrical elements of the project to ensure high quality installation as it relates to the following bullet points below: - Project & Cost Controls: Monitors approved project budgets and oversees project controls (PERs, PSRs, change orders, pay apps), identifying risks and recommending adjustments to maintain financial discipline. - Program Delivery & Results: Facilitates delivery of campus based construction projects through timely, data driven decision-making in partnership with local teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment to Safety, Security, Quality, Schedule, and Cost priorities. - Technical & Construction Oversight: Reviews engineering documentation, designs, and site plans; identifies gaps and risks; and provides recommendations that improve constructability while adhering to security core priorities and standards. - Resource, Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversees procurement and resourcing activities, evaluates staffing and material needs, and monitors vendor performance for compliance, financial accuracy, and contractual obligations. - Project Tracking & Executive Reporting: Assists in tracking and reporting project progress across scope, schedule, standards, and budget, synthesizing complex data into clear updates for delivery and executive audiences. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. - Electrical Engineering Degree. - Ability and Willingness to acquire and maintain a US Government Clearance. - Experience managing contractors, construction schedules, and execution plans. - Working knowledge of construction sequencing, safety requirements, and quality management practices. - 7+ years experience working on data center projects. - Familiarity with ICD 705/Tempest. - PMI (Project Management Institute) - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification highly desired. ## Citizenship & Citizenship Verification This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
