## Working Conditions - This is primarily an onsite, field-based role with daily interaction with construction teams. ## Schedule Development & Maintenance - Develop and maintain construction schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM) for assigned projects using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools. - Support integration of contractor and vendor schedules into a coordinated project schedule. - Maintain schedule logic, durations, and sequencing aligned with project scope and field conditions. - Assist in establishing and maintaining schedule baselines and milestone tracking. - Perform routine site walks to validate actual construction progress against the plan. - Support short-term and look-ahead planning activities with contractors and site teams. - Analyze manpower curves and SPI of weekly project schedule updates. - Perform basic CPM and variance analysis to identify trends, delays, and critical path impacts. - Support development of schedule reports, including look-aheads, milestone tracking, and status summaries. - Assist in developing "what-if" scenarios under guidance of senior planners or project leads. - Support validation of schedule impacts related to changes, delays, or field issues. - Owns schedule execution and reporting for assigned projects or portions of a campus. - Works under guidance of Planning Lead, Senior Scheduler, or Project Controls leadership. - Contributes to schedule decisions but does not own enterprise-level schedule strategy. - Focused on accuracy, execution consistency, and issue identification rather than full program ownership. - Influence primarily at the project / site level, with growing impact across campus reporting. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. - background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. - Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customer and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law.
