Plan, technically control, and supervise all maintenance, revision, and repair work of technical installations, building technology, and equipment; Handle and resolve malfunctions and emergencies; Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations; Document all orders in the ERP system; Inventory installations and inspection-required tools in the ERP system; Optimize processes in maintenance and asset lifecycle management; Communicate and manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders; Steer maintenance projects in the assigned area; Support site-level projects and investment/conversion measures; Control stock and order technical gases as needed; Plan, request quotes, negotiate contracts, and implement spare parts procurement for technical installations
