Responsibilities
Proactively manage material shortages to ensure smooth support of ongoing customer projects; Identify critical material requirements and potential delivery risks early; Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding supplier commitments; Escalate supplier issues and initiate corrective actions to minimize delays; Prioritize and coordinate material requirements with project management, production planning, manufacturing, and logistics; Support procurement activities including supplier quotations, order processing, and identifying alternative sources; Maintain accurate ERP data and generate shortage and status reports to proactively avoid project delays
