Responsibilities
Analyze customer requirements and clarify technical scope, dependencies, and risks; Evaluate customer environments and derive viable solution scenarios including migration and integration approaches; Support effort estimation and technical proposal development with Sales/Account Management and Architecture; Drive technical implementation, structure work packages, and coordinate internal and external teams; Ensure technical quality, architecture compliance, and adherence to security and compliance requirements including full documentation; Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes while keeping stakeholders informed; Own the operational readiness of delivered solutions; Develop operations and support concepts with Operations (e.g., monitoring, backup, security frameworks, escalation paths); Structured handover to operations including runbooks, configuration states, acceptance, and enablement; Serve as technical contact in change contexts and evaluate extensions and optimization potential; Support complex incidents and escalations including coordination of root-cause analysis and sustainable improvement measures; Execute modernization and migration projects in customer environments, build and optimize server and virtualization platforms, integrate into managed services structures, accompany rollout and test phases, and transition to regular operation
