Responsibilities
Build and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture team through hiring, coaching, and performance management. Partner with regional Sales leadership to pursue and close strategic enterprise opportunities. Establish and own the regional coverage model across Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep dives with C-suite stakeholders. Develop business cases, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps. Guide customers through secure, scalable AI solution deployments. Create repeatable solution assets and industry playbooks. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. Serve as the voice of the region to influence product strategy. Own and report on regional operational and commercial metrics.
