Own the product agenda for WBG Lending investment and traditional corporate lending enablement; Design target-state workflows and SOPs clarifying roles across Coverage, Product, Credit, Legal, Operations, and Compliance; Establish structured governance routines for lending product performance and pipeline health; Partner with Technology and Operations to reduce manual processes and enhance data quality; Work with Coverage, Credit, Treasury, and Finance to establish pricing frameworks reflecting funding cost and risk appetite; Ensure all lending product frameworks align with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and Sharia requirements; Equip Relationship Managers with product playbooks, training, and deal qualification guides
