Responsibilities
Develop and execute Field Medical Excellence strategy aligned with Medical Affairs priorities; Define standards, operating rhythms, playbooks, competency frameworks, and best practices for compliant field execution; Own core field medical operations including systems, CRM, workflows, documentation, logistics, and performance metrics; Coordinate field insight collection, synthesis, analysis, and communication to inform medical strategy; Enable launch readiness through operational plans, playbooks, customer mapping, and training; Support onboarding, training, certification, and capability-building for field medical teams; Provide operational leadership for scientific congresses, regional roundtables, executive encounters, and advisory boards.
