Support global recipe management strategy to maximize reuse; Build recipes designed for simplicity, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness; Partner with MS&T and Process Robustness to configure recipes for analytics; Lead recipe delivery process; Develop functional specifications; Perform recipe authoring, demos, and dry runs; Conduct User Acceptance Testing; Manage recipe and master data installations/promotions; Ensure consistency and adherence to guidelines; Review and approve recipes; Gather requirements for batch reports (Review by Exception/Release by Exception); Provide Tier 3 escalation support; Support end-user feedback collection and UX improvement; Perform risk and impact assessments for changes/outages; Generate training content and mentor users; Promote compliance with data integrity and computer system validation requirements.
