Responsibilities
Coordinate all ongoing IT projects based on the master project plan including milestones, dependencies, and cutover dates; Establish uniform standards for status reports, risk management, change and issue management; Consolidate budget, forecast, and actual costs across all projects and control cost variances; Moderate steering committees, release and stage-gate meetings and prepare decisions based on them.
