Establish and maintain strong client relationships; recruit, manage, and lead a team of professional employees; ensure work assignments and schedules meet department, facility, and contractual needs; perform quality assurance inspections; manage the operations budget and expenditures; oversee all aspects of the client's facility physical infrastructure; manage the complete physical assets pertaining to the Operation and Maintenance of the client infrastructure equipment and systems; supervise and escalate after-hours emergencies; identify, vet, and approve all sub-contractors; develop PM contract scopes-of-work; audit all CMMS databases for accuracy and completeness; ensure compliance of Customer SLA parameters and Change Control activities.
