Responsibilities
Build and maintain a transparent IT project portfolio across four domains; Prioritize projects in alignment with department heads; Manage cross-domain projects including cloud services and AI rollouts; Lead and develop IT Project Managers without direct disciplinary authority; Establish and operate a mandatory project intake process; Identify and resolve dependencies between domains; Escalate resource conflicts to the VP; Ensure clean handover of project results to operations.
