Conduct expert reviews of supplier data and information; create and verify system/device breakdowns from a logistics perspective; evaluate and define material preservation measures for maintenance and repair; validate spare parts proposals and material preservation measures; coordinate adjustments with suppliers; determine and optimize spare parts requirements based on usage profiles and reliability data; identify needs for special tools, lubricants, and operating aids; execute material preservation planning per ASD S3000L; optimize material preservation per ASD S4000P for entire ships or submarines; handle interfaces for spare parts pricing, procurement, and reliability metrics calculation; agree on optimized spare parts quantities with the client.
