Responsibilities
Own the full ILS lifecycle for CA-1, coordinating across logistics elements including maintenance planning, spare parts management, technical data, training and support equipment to meet programme milestones; Build and manage ILS Master Schedules, risk registers, and cost baselines, providing stakeholders with clear, evidence-based status reporting and corrective action plans; Lead ILS bid and proposal activity, structuring and costing integrated support offers that are technically credible and commercially competitive for defence customers; Define and implement in-service support frameworks, including performance-based logistics and availability contracting arrangements, to secure long-term operational readiness; Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and customer-facing teams to align ILS outputs with programme requirements from Initial Operational Capability through to sustained in-service phases
