Manage the roll out of new Aladdin functionality and tools to decommission internal systems; Lead meetings with Aladdin to manage the Investments Book of work; Coordinate and oversee the Global Book of Work for priority enhancements; Attend Executive meetings for prioritization and escalations; Identify challenging workflows for Investment teams to be embedded or automated via Aladdin; Work with stakeholder business areas to understand priorities and communicate to Aladdin; Oversee Aladdin access and permission structure, ensuring adherence to audit reviews and controls; Act as an escalation point and source of information for Investments; Continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes and workflow across investments as they relate to Aladdin
