Support and lead aspects of CAE's strategic planning process including market and competitive research; Work closely with cross-company partners to design and ensure the alignment of strategic plans and initiatives; Create and support the presentation of strategic materials at all levels of the company; Conduct deep-dive assessments of critical business opportunities and risks; Support the ongoing maturation, rollout and advancement of CAE's OKR program; Conduct regular reporting of competitive intelligence, macroeconomic and geopolitical developments; Advance usage of artificial intelligence toolsets across the CSO organization
