Manage daily site operations and personnel supporting C-17 ATD maintenance and aircrew instruction; Serve as primary liaison between Government Program Office and CAE Program Manager; Ensure full contract compliance with USAF stakeholders; Oversee submission of device utilization, maintenance, and student throughput reports; Establish and maintain safety and security standards; Plan and participate in conferences and reviews with USAF customers; Manage execution of training schedules; Observe and evaluate instructor performance; Manage site quality assurance program; Submit monthly CDRL data; Represent the company at local USAF base engagements.
