Analyze existing IT infrastructure and develop measures for the further development of network, server, and virtualization environments; Design and realize projects for the integration and strategic use of cloud platforms; Migrate existing on-premises systems into hybrid or cloud-based architectures; Implement security concepts, configure firewalls and VPN connections, and enforce IT security policies; Conduct regular security audits, updates, and audits to ensure system stability and integrity; Participate in cross-site and cross-departmental IT projects; Support the IT team with complex incidents, analyze causes, and develop long-term solution strategies; Document system adjustments and new structures; Provide training to administrators and colleagues.
