Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to placement, act as a trusted contact for existing clients and acquire new corporate clients, conduct personal interviews with candidates and clients to identify potential and develop individual staffing solutions, build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, create tailored offers and negotiate terms until successful contract closure, actively contribute to improving company workflows and processes.
