Develop and update annual budgets for all business areas, conduct continuous monitoring and variance analysis with corrective actions, create regular forecasts for revenue, costs, and results, prepare management reports and status reports for the executive board, assign costs to cost centers and drivers to identify optimization potential, support calculations and profitability analyses, advise the executive board with actionable recommendations based on KPIs and scenarios, participate in monthly and annual financial closing, develop and maintain a daily performance report (revenue, costs, results per day) for individual operations
