Responsibilities
Oversee overall responsibility for planning, steering, and coordination of all engineering activities within complex plant construction projects; Lead interdisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate collaboration with internal departments and external planning partners; Ensure on-time, quality, and cost-compliant delivery of all engineering services and monitor adherence to project specifications; Coordinate technical interfaces between process engineering, mechanical and plant engineering, piping design, EMSR, construction, and automation engineering; Review and evaluate technical concepts, specifications, and planning results to ensure compliance with applicable standards, guidelines, and customer requirements; Support technical project execution, change management, and evaluation of technical risks and opportunities; Accompany customers, suppliers, and partners on technical issues and represent engineering in project meetings; Promote continuous development of engineering standards, methods, and processes as well as knowledge transfer within the company
