Develop and report project/program plans for Engineering deliverables, Manage tasks/workpackages and milestones within Engineering, Support Engineering management in resource assessments and resource planning scenarios, Schedule Engineering related tests on test systems and Lab systems, Order and track Engineering material, Provide support for Pilot and High Volume Manufacturing by organizing relevant Engineering documents, Coordinate, track and support execution of NSRs in the Product Lifecycle Management system, Moderate Engineering milestones release meetings, Track Engineering related KPIs and provide visibility to leadership on risks, delays, & corrective actions, Contribute to Engineering budget planning, Manage product development transitions to other Lam entities, Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders, Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for marketing and executive forums, Identify gaps in business processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy
