Assign and deploy LSP engineers based on FID level, technical capabilities, qualifications, availability, and utilization; Plan and forecast LSP workforce resource and labor hours through QXR; Monitor labor supply and demand, workforce availability, utilization, deployment efficiency, KPI performance, and resource risks; Partner with LSP Buyer, Account Teams, Operations, and LSP suppliers to align workforce and financial plans; Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of LSP personnel.
