You'll find our 700+ team currently across 12 locations and 9 time zones. ## About the role We're looking for a dynamic Technical Product Manager - Partners, Loyalty, and Promotions to drive system integration, gather detailed requirements, and deliver impactful solutions across our Partner/Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, loyalty, and promotions domains. In this key role, you will transform business needs into clear technical specifications, craft seamless integration flows, and maintain robust product roadmaps. You will ensure the reliability and performance of critical systems including rebate engines, partner onboarding processes, partner-focused reporting, and loyalty program mechanics. You will be working within the Partners domain, including IB, affiliate programs, loyalty, and promotions and collaborate with engineering, architecture, commercial, and compliance teams to deliver innovative, technically sound solutions aligned with commercial goals. ## Responsibilities As our Technical Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Product Roadmap and Strategy — Own and maintain the product roadmap across the Partner/IB, affiliate, and loyalty and promotions domains, prioritising initiatives in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements. - Stakeholder Management — Serve as the primary liaison for business and technical stakeholders; facilitate alignment across product, engineering, compliance, and commercial functions. - Requirements Gathering — Gather, formalise, and translate requirements from multiple sources into technical specifications and user stories, with specific focus on partner lifecycle, rebate logic, affiliate program features, and loyalty and promotions mechanics. - Technical Specifications — Define and document data structures, UI elements, integration flows, and API contracts to a standard sufficient for engineering execution. - Solution Design Collaboration — Work with architects and engineering teams to define system and solution design decisions, ensuring proposals are technically sound and aligned with platform standards. - Project Coordination and Delivery — Drive delivery planning, track milestones, manage cross-team dependencies, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership. - Documentation — Maintain technical and user-facing documentation for all developed services within the owned product domains, ensuring clarity for both engineering and business audiences. - Functional Testing and Validation — Support functional testing, prototype validation, and resolution of production issues across owned product areas. ## Requirements - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical product management, systems analysis, or product ownership role. - Demonstrated experience owning and managing product roadmaps and translating strategy into executable delivery plans. - Strong stakeholder management capability, with experience engaging senior leadership, compliance, commercial, and engineering functions. - Proficiency in requirements management methodologies including Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. - Experience in solution design and system integration, including Kafka, REST APIs, and microservices architectures. - Working knowledge of BPMN, UML, and SQL. - Familiarity with UI/UX principles and Agile/Scrum delivery methodology. - Basic understanding of infrastructure services and programming languages (Python, Java, or equivalent). - Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required. - Experience working on partner, broker, or affiliate platforms, including rebate systems, IB onboarding flows, commission structures, or partner facing portals OR with loyalty and promotions programs. ## What we offer - Competitive salary structure including company bonus scheme. - Flexible and hybrid working. - Remote working option - work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. - 10 days of Company paid sick leave annually. - 21 days of paid vacation within the first year of employment, increasing to 25 days after one year. - 3 paid volunteering days per year & Workplace Giving Program. - Comprehensive medical insurance with coverage for your healthcare needs. - Pension fund. - Employee referral bonuses for referring top talent to the company. - Ongoing personal development & learning opportunities. - Periodic recognition and reward programs for outstanding performance and achievements. - Frequent events and celebrations. - Genuinely collaborative and friendly culture. - Employee Assistance Program & Wellbeing Initiatives. - Convenient and cozy office located near the Limassol Municipal Garden.
