If you're analytically sharp, genuinely curious about financial markets, and ready to operate in a high-performance environment, this role is built for you. ## Responsibilities - Monitor market conditions, system performance, and client trading activity in real time - Support trade execution and ensure accuracy of confirmations and settlements - Analyse trading patterns and financial data to identify risks and opportunities - Collaborate with risk, tech, and client-facing teams to optimise system performance - Liaise with counterparties and liquidity providers to keep operations running smoothly - Contribute to the development of trading tools, dashboards, and internal reporting - Stay ahead of macroeconomic trends and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field - 3+ years in a trading, dealing, or market analysis role - Hands-on experience with trading platforms (MT5) and risk management tools - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think fast and act precisely - Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive — you don't wait to be asked - Flexibility to work occasional shifts aligned to market hours ## What we offer - Competitive, performance-reflective compensation - 21 vacation days + 7 no-questions-asked sick days - Continuous development, performance reviews, and real career progression - A team that invests in your growth — English classes, team events, and more ## About the company This is a role with genuine impact.
