Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end programme delivery for the launch of a new regulated consumer financial product in the EU and UK, including the project plan, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination; Support the preparation and coordination of regulatory responses, including Requests for Information (RFIs), across jurisdictions including the FCA and CBI; Partner with Global Product, Engineering, and Design to drive product and technical readiness in line with launch milestones, including adapting the global platform for EU and UK regional requirements; Serve as the primary point of accountability for stakeholder coordination, ensuring the right people are informed, engaged, and unblocked at the right time; Facilitate and document regular stakeholder touchpoints, producing meeting minutes and structured next steps to keep the programme on track; Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and blockers across open items, overdue tasks, and cross-functional dependencies, escalating where appropriate
