Your role at HFM: - Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for the company's website, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels to educate and engage our target audience. - Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to create and execute a content strategy aligned with company goals and target audiences. - Ad Copywriting: Create compelling and conversion-focused advertising copy for digital campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance. - AI Tool Proficiency: Utilize AI tools effectively to assist in content creation, research, and optimization. - SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic. - Market Research: Conduct thorough research on financial markets, trading strategies, economic events, and industry trends to produce accurate and up-to-date content. - Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors' content strategies, identify, and develop strategies to differentiate HFM. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of content through analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement and reach. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all content complies with industry regulations and legal requirements, avoiding misleading or non-compliant language. - Editing & Proofreading: Ensure all content is accurate, clear, and consistent in tone and style and meet the company's brand guidelines. - Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with key team members and other subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure the content is technically accurate and relevant. ## Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a content writer, preferably in the CFD or financial services industry. - Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. - Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc). - Excellent research and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong understanding of SEO principles. ## What we offer - Hybrid Work Model (2 days working from home) - Monthly Wolt Vouchers - Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance - Provident Fund (Upon completion of the trial period) - Summer Short Fridays (August) - Additional Paid Annual Leave (up to 30 days, based on years of service) - Birthday Leave - Training & Education Allowance - Udemy Business access - Gym Membership - Referral Bonus Program - Additional Support - Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Assistance
