Senior Data Analyst

We are an ambitious product company building its own technological ecosystem in the iGaming industry. We develop our own platform , which is already launched and actively operating, while also expanding our product portfolio , allowing us to adapt quickly to the market and rapidly implement innovations. We are developing a product in the iGaming sector and are looking for a Data Analyst who will help build the analytics infrastructure and support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Product Analytics Analyze user (player) behavior on the platform Build and analyze key metrics: registrations, deposits, retention, LTV Analyze the product funnel: registration → deposit → activity → repeat deposit Marketing Analytics Evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition channels Work with metrics such as CAC, FTD, ROI, and LTV Analyze channels: affiliate, paid traffic, and organic Retention Analytics Analyze retention metrics (D1 / D7 / D30) Analyze repeat deposits and churn rate Identify growth opportunities for retention Payment Analytics Analyze deposits and withdrawals Monitor metrics such as deposit success rate, payment conversion, and approval rate Dashboards Develop and maintain dashboards (product, marketing, retention, payments) Requirements At least 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming field Fluency in the Russian language is required. Strong SQL skills Experience with databases: BigQuery / ClickHouse / PostgreSQL Experience with BI tools (Metabase / Tableau / Looker / Power BI) Understanding of product and marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, funnels) What We Offer Full-time position Fully remote format Opportunity to influence the product and analytics from the ground up Not what you are looking for?
