Lead Data Analyst

## About the role Zexter is an ambitious iGaming company building its own technological ecosystem and proprietary platform. We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to help develop analytics infrastructure and support data-driven product decisions. ## Responsibilities - Analyze user behavior and key product metrics (registration, deposits, retention, LTV) - Monitor marketing performance across affiliate, paid, and organic channels - Analyze funnels, retention, churn, and repeat deposits - Track payment metrics such as conversion and approval rates - Build and maintain dashboards for product, marketing, and payments analytics ## Requirements - At least 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst - At least 2-3+ years of experience in iGaming - Strong SQL skills - Experience with BigQuery, ClickHouse, or PostgreSQL - Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase) - Understanding of product and marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, funnels) ## Job Benefits - Fully remote - Opportunity to shape analytics processes from scratch - Diverse internal training programs - Competitive salary based on skills and experience ## About the company Zexter is an ambitious iGaming company building its own technological ecosystem and proprietary platform.
