Back Office Officer (On-Boarding)

We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team. ## Responsibilities - Review and verify client identification documents in line with KYC and AML regulations - Ensure all required forms are completed correctly and that client information is accurate and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory standards - Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and efficient account activation - Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and escalate any risks or inconsistencies found in client documentation - Assist clients in completing onboarding requirements, providing guidance and support where needed - Accurately input and update client information in the CRM and other internal systems - Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times - Generate regular reports on onboarding progress, client issues, and compliance concerns for management review - Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of client communications and onboarding activities, ensuring readiness for audits or regulatory reviews ## Requirements - Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus - English language - B2+ - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work a flexible shift schedule (sometimes including nights and weekends, night and weekend shifts are remote) - Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment - Critical thinking and problem-Solving skills ## What you will get in return - **Competitive Salary**: We believe great work deserves great pay!
