Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems; Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment including AHUs, RTUs, VFDs, chillers, boilers, pumps, and valves; Monitor and maintain temperature, humidity, airflow, and pressure conditions in cleanroom and production areas; Diagnose system failures and implement corrective actions; Support HVAC installation projects and equipment upgrades; Coordinate with contractors and verify work specifications; Document all maintenance activities and findings in the CMMS.
